AI Trend Insights supports TradingView's native alert system, so you never miss a key market condition β even when you're away from the screen.
How to Create an Alert
Make sure Enable Alerts is turned on in the indicator settings.
Right-click on your chart and select Add Alert, or press
Alt + A.In the Condition dropdown, select "AI Trend Insights".
Under Alert Function, choose "Any alert() function call".
Configure your notification method (popup, email, webhook, push notification, etc.).
Click Create.
What Triggers an Alert?
When alerts are enabled, you'll receive notifications for:
Trend Shifts β When the market transitions between phases (Impulse β Cooling β Reversal Risk β Neutral)
Recovery Bounces β When price reclaims key trend levels after a downtrend
Entry Opportunities β When a pullback occurs during a strong trend
Momentum Fading β When trend momentum begins weakening
Strong Trend Confirmed β When momentum is building with high confidence
Trend Cooling β When the current move is slowing down
Market Stalling β When activity drops and the market goes flat
Bullish/Bearish Reversals β When breakout or breakdown patterns form
Reversal Risk β When conditions suggest a potential direction change
Weak Trend β When confidence drops below actionable levels
Trend Holding Strong β When the trend remains stable with no issues detected
Choppy Market β When sideways, indecisive conditions are detected
Squeeze In Play / Squeeze Tracker β When volatility compression is detected or being monitored
Each alert includes the ticker symbol, timeframe, and timestamp for full context.
Pro Tip: Webhook Alerts
If you use Discord, Telegram, or any webhook-compatible platform, you can route AI Trend Insights alerts directly to your community or personal channels. Just paste your webhook URL into the alert's Webhook URL field when creating the alert.
