𧩠Key Elements Explained
πΈ High Volume Nodes (HVNs)
Definition: Price levels with significant trading activity
POC is the most prominent HVN, but there are often secondary HVNs as well
Use Case: HVNs often act as support/resistance zones when price revisits them
π‘οΈ These areas show where the market found strong agreement and tend to attract price again.
πΈ Low Volume Nodes (LVNs)
Definition: Price levels with minimal trading activity
Represent βfast zonesβ where price moved quickly with little hesitation
Use Case: Price often moves rapidly through LVNs again if it returns
β‘ These are ideal zones to look for breakout acceleration or price gaps.
πΈ Delta Interpretation
Positive Delta β Buyers were more aggressive at that level
Negative Delta β Sellers were more aggressive at that level
Net Delta β Measures overall buyer vs. seller dominance in the session
π Delta helps you assess who was in control at each price β bulls or bears.
πΈ Value Area Context
Price above VAH β Considered βexpensiveβ relative to recent activity
Price below VAL β Considered βcheapβ relative to recent activity
Price within Value Area β Considered fair value
π§ This framework helps determine whether price is likely to revert or break out based on recent acceptance.
