🧩 Key Elements Explained

🔸 High Volume Nodes (HVNs)

  • Definition: Price levels with significant trading activity

  • POC is the most prominent HVN, but there are often secondary HVNs as well

  • Use Case: HVNs often act as support/resistance zones when price revisits them

🛡️ These areas show where the market found strong agreement and tend to attract price again.

🔸 Low Volume Nodes (LVNs)

  • Definition: Price levels with minimal trading activity

  • Represent “fast zones” where price moved quickly with little hesitation

  • Use Case: Price often moves rapidly through LVNs again if it returns

These are ideal zones to look for breakout acceleration or price gaps.

🔸 Delta Interpretation

  • Positive Delta → Buyers were more aggressive at that level

  • Negative Delta → Sellers were more aggressive at that level

  • Net Delta → Measures overall buyer vs. seller dominance in the session

📊 Delta helps you assess who was in control at each price — bulls or bears.

🔸 Value Area Context

  • Price above VAH → Considered “expensive” relative to recent activity

  • Price below VAL → Considered “cheap” relative to recent activity

  • Price within Value Area → Considered fair value

🧭 This framework helps determine whether price is likely to revert or break out based on recent acceptance.
