Q: Does this indicator generate buy/sell signals? A: No. The Position Calculator is a risk management and trade planning tool. It helps you size positions and plan entries/exits — you bring the trade idea.

Q: Can I use this for spot trading (no leverage)? A: Yes! Set leverage to 1x (disable Auto Leverage and set Manual Leverage to 1). The position sizing and TP calculations work the same way.

Q: Why does my liquidation price change when I toggle Auto Leverage? A: Auto Leverage calculates leverage based on the distance between your entry and stop loss. Different leverage = different liquidation price. Manual leverage uses your fixed input instead.

Q: Can I use this for short positions? A: The calculator is designed with long position calculations. For shorts, you would need to set your stop loss above your entry and take profits below — but be aware the liquidation calculation assumes a long position.

Q: What happens if my TP percentages don't add up to 100%? A: The calculator uses whatever percentages you set. If they add up to less than 100%, the remaining portion of your position has no planned exit. If they exceed 100%, your profit calculations will reflect the overlapping percentages.
