EZ Algo v2 has a comprehensive alert system that lets you get notified on your phone, email, Discord, Telegram, or send signals to a trading bot.

Getting Started with Alerts

1. In the Alert Settings group, enable "Enable All Alerts" — this is the master switch.

2. Choose your Alert Frequency:

   • Once Per Bar — triggers in real-time during the current bar

   • Once Per Bar Close — waits until the bar closes (more reliable)

3. Choose your Message Type: Normal, Discord, or Telegram formatting.

Setting Up a TradingView Alert

After configuring your settings:

1. Right-click on your chart → Add Alert

2. Set the Condition to "EZ Algo v2"

3. Select "Any alert() function call"

4. Choose your notification method (phone push, email, webhook URL, etc.)

5. Click Create

Simple Alerts

Enable "Enable Simple Alerts" for clean, easy-to-read notifications.

Signal Type — choose which signals trigger alerts:

• All — every buy and sell

• Long Only — only buy signals

• Short Only — only sell signals

• Strong Only — only high-confidence signals (with +)

• Regular Only — only standard signals

Additional Options:

• Include Trade Setup Details — adds Entry, TP1–3, and Stop-Loss levels to the alert message

• Show Quality Score in Message — includes the Setup Quality % in the alert

• Min Quality Score — only sends alerts when the quality score meets or exceeds your threshold (e.g., set to 60 to filter out weak setups)

• Live TP Updates — sends update alerts when take-profit levels are hit

• EZ Confluence Score — filter alerts by confluence score (e.g., enter 45 to only receive alerts for scores 4 and 5)

Confirmation Filters

Build higher-confidence alerts by requiring multiple indicators to agree before an alert fires.

1. Set "Require Confluence?" to your desired level: 2+, 3+, 4+, or 5+

2. Check the indicators you want included in the count:

   • MTF Alignment

   • Strong Volume Thrust

   • Market Trend Line Agree

   • Price Action Dots

   • Adaptive Support Bands Agree

   • Macro Trend Agree

   • Low Squeeze Zone

   • Quick Trend – Scalp Agrees

   • Quick Trend – Swing Agrees

If the required number of checked indicators don't agree with the signal direction, the alert won't fire. This is a powerful way to reduce noise and only trade high-confluence setups.

Individual Alerts

Enable "Enable Individual Alerts" for granular notifications on specific indicator events — independent of trade signals.

You can alert on:

• Buy/Sell Signals (regular, strong, or both)

• Market Trend Line Changes (uptrend, downtrend, chop)

• Adaptive Support Bands (bull cross, bear cross)

• Price Action Dots (green, red, reversal — with "Every Candle" or "Switch Only" modes)

• Macro Trend (bull cross, bear cross)

• Squeeze Zones (start, end, or both)

• Quick Trend (scalp/swing bull/bear crosses)

• Breakouts & Divergences

• Reversals (T/B Reversals, T/B Reversals Pro, tops, bottoms)

Customization Options:

• Include Ticker — adds the symbol to every alert

• Include Chart Timeframe — adds the timeframe

• Include Current Price — adds the price at the event

• Include Custom Text — appends your own text to every alert (great for labels, notes, branding, or referral links)
